This Agreement is between __________________________________(“Customer”) and Wild Saunas LLC, a corporation organized under the laws of the State of Alaska (with its principal place of business in Juneau, AK) and licensed to do business in the State of Alaska (“Company”).

All communications concerning this Agreement must be directed as follows, any reliance on a communication with a person other than that listed below is at the party’s own risk. Notices required under this Agreement are effective upon receipt.

2. INTENT
Company owns and provides mobile saunas (wood heated) to customers in the core Juneau area. Company is responsible for delivering the sauna to the point of delivery designated by the Customer, with a reasonable amount of wood, and making operating instructions available for the Customer. Customer is responsible for using the sauna, is responsible for any use of the sauna, and is responsible for providing a clean sauna to the original point of delivery at the end of the rental period.
CUSTOMER
Customer’s provision of accurate and truthful information is material to Company’s decision to enter into this Agreement. Customer represents they are 18 years of age or older. Customer is responsible for obtaining permission for or having ownership of the location where the mobile sauna is delivered. Customer agrees that it is responsible for any and all users of the mobile sauna. Customer agrees it has no authority to permit any other individual to operate Equipment. Failure to comply with this provision is a material breach of this Agreement.
